Walter Demooon< no role > of Mount Street
Laborer on his Oath saith That he
was at work yesterday at Captains
Berkley's on Dover Street the Deced was standing
upon a Board on the outside and going to Point
at the top of the Back Window two per
of Stairs Says that he was on the
inside near the Deced and saw the
Deced fall down off the Board, and
immediately went down, and assisted
the Carpenter to left up the Deced
who was not able to speak or move
himself, That a Surgeon was fetched
who Examined the Deced and Dept.
then saw a Wound on the back part
of Deceds Head, and he died in less
than ten Minutes, said Says that
the Deced's fall was merely Accidental
and Says that he was informed that
the Deced was Subject to Fits.
