That on the 25th. day of April 1785 William
Gust< no role > was Accidentally forced down in Piccadilly
by a Bay Horse which Frod upon the Deced
whereby the Deced reced a mortal Bruise in and
upon his Right side of which he died the same
day at St. George's Hospital in the Parish of
St. George Hanover Square within the Liberty
of Westmr .
