William Hicker< no role > a Mason on his Oath
saith, That he was the day at Work at
Carlton House , and between Ten & Eleven
o'Clock this Dept. being below and hearing
the Noise of some of the Scaffolding coming
down he went to the Place and saw
the Deced lying upon part of the Scaffold
unable to speak or move and died
immediately, Says that the Deced had
a large wound upon his Head which
he reced by the fall, and believes the
fall to be merely Accidental, Says that
two other Man fell down with the Scaffold
and were much hurt, and sent to
St. George's Hospital .
