And this Dept. further Says That the Deced
told him that he could not go to Stool without
a Glister, nor have any Sleep without taking
Laundaneems and Says that [..] taken Laudan [..]
every Night for about five week last past.

Pistol upon the Floor in the Blood which
had been discharged, Says that he since
saw a Wound on the Right side of Deced's
Head which appeared to be made with a
Pistol Ball, and Dept. believes that the
Deced gave himself that Wound by Discharging
the Pistol abovementioned, Says that the
Deced has complained of being ill for about
two Months, and has kept his Room about five
Weeks, That the Deced was low Spirited
during that time, Says that the Deced
appeared to be much Disturbed in his
Mind, and believes that he was at times
Disordered in his Senses.

Bernard Legoux< no role > of Poland Street St. James's
Surgeon on his Oath saith That he has
attended William Skrine< no role > the Deced almost
every Day for between two and three months
last past, the Deced having a Nervous
Complaint, being some times very Melancholy
and low Spirited, Says that for the last fortnight
the Deced talked in a very incoherent manner
Says that the Deced was very much Disturbed
in his Mind, and Dept. very often thought
him Insane

on his Oath saith That he has lived there almost
twelve months, Says that this Morning about
Ten o'Clock Dept. carried up Deced' s Breakfast
some Cocoa and Rusks, which was of late
the Deced's usual Breakfast, Says that he
left

left the Breakfast in the Dressing Room
where the Deced was alone, [..] appeared
to be very low Spirited, Say, that he saw
nothing of the Deced afterwards, that a little
after Eleven o'Clock Dept. went with Mr. Lecase
to the Deced's BedchamberRoomDoor which was Bolted
That Mr. Lecase called the Deced several
times and having no Answer Dept. went
to acquaint Mrs. Skrine therewith who
immediately went to the Room Door and
forced it open, when Dept. and others went
in and saw the Deced Kneeling by the side
of the Bed and his Head upon the Bed
Says that the Deced's face was Bloody some
Blood upon the Bed Cloaths and a great
deal up Blood upon the Floor and a
Pistol in the Blood upon the Floor, Says
that the Deced was Dead and Cold, Says
that he has since seen a Wound on the
Right side of Deced's Head and believes
that the Deced gave himselfwiththe Wound by discharging the
Pistol abovementioned: Says that the
Deced appeared to be low Spirited for
about three Weeks last past.

Deced said that he slept indifferent, and was
indifferent, Says that he did not see the
Deced
