little after Twelve o' Clock on hearing a No [..]
above Stairs he went up to the Deced's
Bedchamber and says the Deced by the
Bedside with his [..] towards the Bed, says
that the Deced's face was Bloody some
Blood upon the Bed Cloaths dead more upon
the Floor and a Pistol upon the Floor
Says that the Deced was Dead and almost
Cold, That he assisted to lift the Deced [..]
the Bed, and believes that the Deced
shot himself, and this Dept. says that
the Deced appeared at times to be
low Spirited ever since he has been
ill
