. on
his Oath saith that about three o' Clock yesterday
Afternoon (Sepr. 23d.) this Dept. was upon a
Coal Lighter at Mr. Bradley's Wharf upon the
River Thames
, That John Le Keux< no role >
the Deced
was upon another Lighter at the same Wharf
near to that in which this Dept. was, Says that
the Deced (as Dept. believes) was going to step
out of the Lighter on which he stood to that
in Which this Dept. was, the Lighters being then
floating, and that he Accidentally fell between
the two Lighters into the River Thames
That he [..] up and [..] to [..]
and but
immediately went under the Bow of the Barge
in which this Dept. was and Dept. did not
see him Afterwards alive Says that in
about an hang and an half the Deced was
taken up Drowned near the Place where he fell into
the River, Says that there was no Person
nearer to Deced when he fell into the Water

Drowned was merely Accidental
