Apothecary was sent for to Bleed him, who came and Bled him
and afterwards a Surgeon was sent for

Margaret Phillips< no role > House Maid at Mr Robinsons in Berkeley
Square on her Oath saith that Yesterday Morning she and the
Cook were at Break fast in the Kitchen about ten o'Clock and
Deponent heard the Roller of the Gorden fale, and said to the cook
Good God the Man has hot the Roller fall, the Cook went and
looked out and Deponent followed her and saw the Deceased
lying in the Area with the Iron of the Roller on his Head, and
by Race toward the Kitchen Door, and they went and called
for assistance. Deponent says she had hot the Deceased in the
House but a very little before, in order to Roll the Garden
and there was no other Person in the Garden when the acordent
happened

Oath says that he was at Work as a Pavior yesterday in the
Berkeley Square between 10 & 11 o'Clock in the Morning, he was
Called by two Women Servant of Mr Robinsons in the Square
to a Man that had fallen down the Area, and Deponent formed
the Deced lying flat on his Belly with his Head a little turned up
and the corner of the Stone lying close to the side of his Head
by the Ear, Deponent took the Stone away and with the
Assistance of another Man lifted up the Deced who Breathed
two or three times, these was a great Quantity of Blood about
him, an don Apothecary & Surgeon was sent for

Saith that a Man came to him yesterday Morning out of Break
and desired him to come immediately with him it wanted
about to Minutes of 11 o Clock, he was in Berkely Square
in about 5 Minutes where he met Mr Berry the Apothecary
formed the Deced lying in the Kitchen of Mr Robinson House
in the Square to all appearance Dead, he had extravasated
Blood on the Neck on the left side and a contused Wound
on the left side of his Head near the Crown on Examing
