upon Oath this 10th, day of August 1782, at
the House of Mr. Hiscox the Sign of the
Black Lyon and three Beehives in Saint
Martins le Grand in the Liberty of Westminster

William Munn< no role > of No. 13 Rand Court St. Martins be Grand
Jeweller on his Oath saith, That on Sunday the 14th. day of July
last about half after 9 in the Morning he heard Murder [..] from
the House opposite where he lives and where the Deceased lodged
and some Person a Woman whom he believed to be the Deceased that
he did not then see her, said for God's Sake don't Murther me says
the voice seemed to proceed from the one pair of Stairs, says his
did not go to the House on account that he heard a Man Say that
he would wash his hands in their Hearts Blood and his Wifes too
