says that the Deced during his Illness
complained of a pain in his Head and that
an Wednesday last in the afternoon a
little before Dept. left him looked very wild
and distracted clapping his Hand upon
his Forehead and appeared to Dept. to be
going to die and Dept. says that she verily
believes that the Deced by the Violence
of his Disorder was disordered in his Mind

Street in the Parish of St. James Westmr. Apothacary
on his Oath saith, That the Deced called upon
this Dept. upon the fourth Instant for his
Advice the Deced complaining of violent
pain in his Stomach and in his Head, says
that he then ordered what he thougth
necessary for the Deced's complaint That the
Deced called upon Dept. on friday the 5th. Instant
says that he prescribed for him again, and
on Saturday the Sixth called upon the Deced
in New street when Dept. thought him better
but his spirits very much depressed, says
that he Visited the Deced on Tuesday last
the Ninth Instant, when Deced told him that
he had a very bood Night, and that he could
not go through such another Night, unless
he had something to compose him, the Deced
then appearing to be much dejected, says that
he gave Deced something to cashbook him little
says that he visited the Deced on Wednesday
morning when he told Dept. that he had
had about three hours Sleep, but Dept. thought
him not much refreshed, Deced said that
he had been very uneasy, and that he shod. be

be so again when Dept. was gone, says that
he endeavoured to comport the Deced, and
that he seemed to be reconciled, says that
the Deced complained of a violent pain
in his Head, looked very wild, his spirits
much depressed, and Dept. was then afraid
that it must in time affect Deced's Head.
