That the Horse on which the Man was
Riding Street against the Deced's leftside
and forced him down just before the near
wheel of the Cart he was driving, and
that the said Near wheel immediately
passed over the Deced's left Thigh and broke
it, Says that the Deced was not able to got
up, and was soon after carried upon a
Chairman's Horse to the Westmr. Hospitals
Says that the Man rode away after the
Accident and would not Stop. Says that
he does not believe that the Man on
Horn back intended to Injure the Deced,
and thinks it was Accidental.
