Twenty sixth day of January 1780
at the Parish of St. George Hanover Square
within the Liberty of Westmr . in the
County of Midsex upon an Inquisition
touching the death of Henry Woodward< no role >
lying dead in the said Parish Liberty
and County

Susannah< no role > the Wife of Abraham Attering< no role >
at the Cook's Shop in Hamilton Street in the
Parish of St. George Hanr. Square on her Oath
saith That on Saturday Night last (Jany. [..] )
about a Quarter after Ten o'Clock the Deced came into Depts Shop and asked
for two pennyworth of Meat which she [..]
for him, and Deced sat down and was good [..]
to Eat some of it, but Deced began to [..]
very much, and did not Eat any of the
Meat as Dept. believes, Says that she
desired Deced to go out into the Street
to Vomit, being very offensive in the [..]
Room, Says that he did not go immediately
but the Deced continued Vomitting, and
went out himself at the Street Door, No
Person being at that time in the Room
but Deponent, Says that she expected
to come in again to his Meat, and that in
about a Quarter of an hour a Man came
in saying that a Man lay down [..]
the Door either Drunk or in a Fit, [..]
that two Surgeons were fetched to Deced
who said that he was he was a dead Mary [..]
and Dept. believes that he died in a natural
Death.
