on his Oath saith, That on the
26th. day of April last in the Afternoon
Dept. being in his own Shop Saw the
Garret Window of Mr. John Davis< no role >
's House
which was opposite to Dept. Shut, Says
that in a very few Minutes he saw the
Deced who was Servant to Mr. Davis on
the outside of the Garret Window upon the
Tiling of Mr. Davis's House with her Head
near the Gutter and having a Pewter
Pint Pot in her Hand, Says that the Deced
turned a little and immediately fell from thence
into Hungerford Street
, and there lay
motionless, Bleading a few drops from her
Nose, and Speakless, Says that the
Deced was bled and put upon a Chairman's
Horse to be carried to the Westmr Hospital.
Says that he saw no Person in the Garret
or near the Deced when she fell down
and believes that her fall was Accidental
