Neighbour come in, Says that he
afterwards saw the Deced lying dead upon
the Bed and believes that he hanged himself
Says that the Deced for upwards of a week
last past has been very low Spirited and
appeared to be very uneasy and disturbed
in his Mind, and Dept. believes that the
Deced was not in his perfect Senses

on his Oath saith, That yesterday Morning,
Dept. being informed that a Man was Hanging
at Mr. Wisdom's upon which he went there
and in the passage met James Kinsey< no role > a
Lad who told Dept. that he found the Deced
Hanging in the Necessary House and had
cut the Cord, Says that he saw the Deced,
lying down in the Necessary with a Piece
of Cord about his Neck, and the other piece
about the Rafter, Says that he was Warm
That a Surgeon was fetched from the hospital
who said that he was dead, and Dept. believes
that the Deced Hanged himself, Says that
the Deced has lately appeared to be low
Spirted and uneasy in his Mind
