Thomas Norris< no role > House Steward to the Marquiss of Branby
in Arlington Street in the Parish of St. George Hanover Square
on his Oath saith That on Friday Night late about Nine o'Clock
one of the Maids came to Dept. saying that she heard a Noise
in the Park and believed that same body was Drowned in the
Prisoner, upon which he went there and saw a Man
"who told Dept. that a Woman had thrown herself into the
"Water, that he went in after her but could not Swim,
the Man's Cloths being wet, and he appeared to be much
frightened, Says that he assisted Mr. Serle to got the
Deced out of the Reservior, when she appeared to be
dead, but was soon after carried to she George's Hospitals
