attendances were given him, but he Died on Thursday the 18th
day of july 1776. theDeponBody of the Deced was opened the
next Day, and on Inspection found every port of the Body to
be perfectly Sound and in a proper State, Deponent says that
from the View of the Body he cannot say that the Death proceeded
from any Fall thot possibly a concussion of the Brain might
have happened without any marks either external or internal
appearing

Elizabeth Thompson< no role > one of the Day Nurses in Westminster Hospl.
on her Oath saith that on Sunday last in the forenoon the Deced
was brought to the Hospital and into Deponents Ward, a Man
Came with him, the Deponent asked him what was the Matter
Deced said he had fell off a Cart, said he was hurt all over
the Deponent thinks the Deced was Delirious best part of the
time he was in the Hospital,

John Swinnell a Patient in Westminster Hospital on his
Oath says that the Deced was hol. note the Hospital on
Sunday last, says when he was in Bed he complained of
a Pain in his Belly and Deponent put fomenting Cloths to
him, and afterwards complained of a Pain of his Head and
desired Deponent to put the Cloths to his Head, did not
hear him says any thing about the Accident, nor did not
Complain noCharge any Ryson with being instrumental to
his Death, thinks he was in a roving way most of the time

John Tallont< no role > of Rowe green in the Parish of Kingsbury in Middx
Labourer on his Oath saith that about 8 or 9 days ago, the Depont
was at the Horse's Head putting up the Tail Bond upon the Shambles
of the Cart belonging to Mr. Thomas Stockdale< no role > of Rowe Green, and the
Deced was in the Cart, and the Horse look fright and run
down the Feild and thejoinDeced jumped out of the tail of the
Cart down upon a staddle of Hay, the Deced got up and followed
the Deponent, this was about Eleven o'Clock in the forenoon, the
Deced went immediately and loaded Hay and work'd till about,
