Memory and Understanding but Lunatic and Distracted on the Twenty third day of July in the Year aforesaid
at the Parish and in the Liberty and County aforesaid, one end of a certain peice of Cord unto the Feaster
Lath of his Bed in the Apartment of him the said

in the Dwelling House of Mr. David Burnsall
his Master Situate and being in Charles Street
Berkeley Square in the Said Parish Liberty and County, and
the other end thereof about his own Neck did fix tye and fasten, and therewith did then and there hang
Suffocate and Strangle himself of which said Hanging suffocation and Strangling he the said

then and there Died. And to the Jurors aforesaid upon the Oath aforesaid do say, that the said

not being of Sound Mind Memory and Understanding but Lunatic and Distracted in manner and
by the Means aforesaid did Kill himself. In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner as the Foreman
of the Jurors aforesaid on behalf of himself and the rest of the said Jurors have to this Inquisition set
their Hands and Seals the Day Year and at the Place above mentioned.
