Verdict That the off Wheel of a Cart or Coach
on the 11th. day of Decr. 1772 Accidentally passed
over the Head of Eleanor Matthews< no role > in Cockspur
Street in the Parish of St. Martin in the Fields
within the Liberty of the Westminster whereby the
said Eleanor Mathews< no role > reced one mortal Fracture
in and upon the right side of her Head of which
she then and there died.
