Newport Street and in [..] for the Deced [..]
he Says Window a Linnen [..] and [..]
and of [..] him to get [..]
time as he [..] Deced asked
Deponent for a [..] and wanted it at Mr Mombry in Haggs
Court district said to wound not go each but if he would go with
him to the white Bear he would give him a Glass of Gin, Deponent
went to the White bear & deced followed him there, they then had each
[..] paid for Dead drank one
[..] and then
[..] the Glass for [..] delivered it
[..] fell down or
[..] then took him
[..] in the Cox and
[..] went away helf an hour after
[..] the Deced was as beg. Deponent
says Deced was for intoxicated in a year and frequently
said [..] in the [..] in Newport Market &
[..] Court.

[..] Widow on her Oath says that on Wednesday last
about 7th the Evening one Macmiller a [..] on Fifer came
into her House the Whitebear in little Newport Street & the Deced
folloed him [..] and Macmillon called for a Glass of Gin for the
deced, [..] gave the Glass but not quite filled [..] she
thought he had enough, deced drank [..] and spell [..] & then [..]
