Verdict of the Jury touching the Death of Francis Jennings< no role >
That the said Francis Jennings< no role > on Sunday the Nineteenth
day of July 1772 being intoxicated with Liquor and standing
on the top of the Railing of a certain Bridge near to Chelsea
Water Works in the Parish of St. George Hanover Square in the
Liberty of Westminster it so happened that he accidentally casually
and by Misfortune fell from off the Railing of the said Bridge
into the Water Running under the said Bridge, by means
whereof he the said Francis Jennings< no role > was Suffocated and
Drowned in the said Water and then and there instantly
Died. In Witness whereof the said Jurors have set their
Hands this 20th, day of July 1772 .
