John Causer< no role > House Surgeon at St. [..] George's
Hospital in the Parish of St. George Hanr. Square on
his Oath saith That on Monday last the Deced was
brought to said Hospital, the Muscles of the Laft Leg
being exceedingly torn the small Bone broke in pieces
the Artery & Veins both fore through, and a very
profuse Bleeding, a Small Wound on his [..] Leg
and the face a tittle rubbed Says that all proper
care was taken of him but that the Deced died in
said Hospital on Tuesday Night last March 17th.
and Dept. believes that his Death was occasioned
by the hurt abovementioned.
