on her Oath
saith That she had been intimately Acquainted with Jane
Vialls the Deced about seven Years last past, says that
the Deced who lived with her Husband in Oxford Market
came to Depts. House two or three times in the last month
when she appeared at time to be much distressed and
unhappy in her [..] & desired to stay there, which Dept. would not agree to and promised to bring her
Husband down with her there on the Sunday following
says that they did not come but about five o'Clock in the Evening
Mr. Vialls's Apprentice came, and said, that his Master
desired that. Mr. Watson, this Dept and the Deced's son

would come to his House if they could,
Says that they three went up, and found the Deced
in distress and unhappy in her mind, says that
Mr. Vialls proposed that the Deced should go down to
this Depts. House whenever it was agreeable to her and
he would comegodown to see her, but Dept desired that she
might not go that Night, Says that she called upon Deced
on the Tuesday Night following and found her low Spirited
That Mr. Vialls then said that the Deced might go to this
Depts. and that Deced said that she would come soon, and
Deced came to Deponts. House the next day (being a
Week last Wednesday) Says that the Deced appeared
to the very uneasy in her Mind, and said that she could
not sleep, Says that the Deced continued to be at
times very much disturbed & uneasy in Mind, Says
that on Wednesday last (march 11) in the Afternoon
