to wit.

To any One of the Constables within the
Liberty, of Westmr. in the said County.

By Vertue of my Office, these are in his Majesty's Name to charge
and require you, that on sight hereof you summon and warn
twenty-four able and sufficient Men of your Liberty, personally to
be and appear before me, on Monday the Ninth Day
of this Instant by Eleven of the Clock in the Fore noon of
the same Day, at the House of Mr. Willm. Baxter< no role > known by
the Sign of the Brown Bear situate in the Strand in the
Parish of St. Martin in the Fields within the Liberty
of Westminster
then and there to do and execute all such Things as shall be given them
in charge, on the behalf of our Sovereign Lord the King's Majesty,
touching the Death of Rebecca Buck< no role >
there lying dead; and for your so doing this shall be your Warrant. Given
under My Hand and Seal this 8th. Day of September in
Year of our Lord 1771.
