Building within the Hence in Castle Street upon an old Girder
and Pitchd. on his Head and right Shoulder, Deponent came down
immediately and helped to take the Deced up, says he was then
Alive, but did not hear him speak, saw a great deal of blood
come from his right car, Deponent then went to get Assistance
to carry him to the Hospital, but when he returned the Deced
was Dead, says a Surgeon bled him of soon as he fell down Depont.
saith that at the time the Deced fell he was three Seafold Boards
distance from him; and that no other Person was hear the Deced
says he beleives the Deced's being so much in Liquor was the
occasion of the Accident

market Cutter on his Oath saith that on Tuesday last about 6
o'Clock in the Evening he was turning into the Shop of Mr. Rickards
Cutler in Castle Street , he saw the Glimse of something falling from
the New workhouse there Building and heard a Man from the tag of
the Seafold call and that a Man was Killed, Deponent went and
found the Deced lying on some wood on his right side, and his Legs
across two Wheel borrows, Deponent lifted his Last off and then two
Men assisted to lay him on his back on the ground says one of the
Men from the Scaffold came down, says he was immediately Bled
but in about a Quarter of an Hair expired, Deponent saith the
Deced did not speak after his fall.
