Verdict of the Jury touching the Death of Thomas
Davis
< no role > lying Dead in Hyde Park Hospital

That Macconolly otherwise called the Butcher on the
18th. day of July last did upon Thomas Davis< no role > make on Assault
at a House known by the Sign of the Horp at Bryant Bridge
in the Parish of Hendon in the County of Middlesex &
with a Hay fork gave to him the said Thomas Davis< no role > Several
Violent and mortal Bruisas and Fracture on his head of which
the said Thomas Davis< no role > Languished in St. Georges Hospital hear
Hyde Park Corner from the said 18th. day of July last to the 4th,
day of August last and then Died. and the said Jury further
find that Morgan Briant< no role > and Iwirs other Parsons to the said
Jurors unknown were at the some time aiding and abelley
the said Macconolly otherwise called the Butcher in the
Wilfull Murder of the said Thomas Davis< no role > Witness our Hands
this 7th. day of August 1771 .
