day of April in the Year aforesaid at the Parish and in the Liberty and County
aforesaid, being employed to unload a certain Dray, then and there loaded with
three Butler of strong Beer, It so happened that in striking and unloading the
first of the said three Pipes, accidentally casually and by misfortune the said
first Butt, for want of Judgment in him the said

off and from the said Dray, to and against the Person of him the said

and by the Force and Weight thereof did then and there throw him the said

to the Ground, and that the said first Butt did then and there

in and upon the Breast and Belly of him the said

at the Parish and in the Liberty and County aforesaid, did languish and
languishing did live, on which said Sixteenth day of April aforesaid, at the
Parish and in the Liberty and County aforesaid, he the said

of the Mortal Bruises aforesaid, did dye. And so the Jurors aforesaid upon
their Oath aforesaid do say, that the said

the Means aforesaid, Accidentally Casually and by Misfortune, came to his
Death and not otherwise. In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner
as the said Charles Gowyn Foreman of the said Jurors, on the behalf of
