Intoxicated with Liquor, and in Bed in the said House, It so happened
that the said

there Suffocated and Strangled, of which said Suffocation and Strangling
he the said

then and there died. And so the Jurors aforesaid
upon their Oath aforesaid do say, that the said

and by the Means aforesaid Accidentally Casually and by Misfortune
