within
the Liberty of Westmr. in the County of Middlesex
on an Inquisition touching the Death of
Thomas

, lying dead in the said Parish
Liberty and County.

Cutter on
his Oath saith, That yesterday about four o'Clock in the
Afternoon he saw Thomas Richards< no role >
the Deced standing on
a Cart loaden with Lime in Sharrard Street and moving
one of the Bags with Lime in said Cart for another Man
to carry away, Says that the Deced came down out of the
Cart and loughed, and immediately brought up a large
Quantity of Blood, Says that the Deced proposed going to
Mr. Fordyce Surgeon
to the third Regiment of Guards (which
the Deced belonged to) and walked into Queen Street
so far
as Mr. King's Rails, says that the Deced brought up more Blood
and dropped down there, and said Lord have Mercy upon me I shall die
And this Dept. says that he went to Mr. Fordyce's House
and that Mr. Fordyce soon after came there, the Deced
being then alive, but died very soon after.

Westmr. on his Oath saith, That the Deced worked
with Mr. Margreth as a Carter for a Year last past and upwards
Says thatthatthe Deced had complained of a pain in his side
ever since the Review in Hyde Park
in June last, Says that the
Deced on Wednesday Evening last (28: Octr.) told Dept. that when he was lifting
a Bag of Lime out of the Cart that day in Milford Lane he felt
someBloodElupe trickling up his Breast (pointing to his left Breast
and that he vomited two Month fulls of clear Blood, Says that
the Deced was at work yesterday and did not complain, and that
he was sent yesterday afternoon with a Cart loaden with Lime
into Sherrard Street.
