An Inquisition indented taken for Our Sovereign Lord the KING at the Gate house Prison situate in the Parish of St Margaret
within the City & Liberty of Westmr in the County of Middlesex the Twenty third Day of December in the Seventh Year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord GEORGE the Third, by the Grace of God of Great-Britain, France, and Ireland, KING, Defender of the
Faith Etc. before Thomas Prickard< no role > Gentlemen Coroner of our Said Lord the
KING, for the said City & liberty on View of the Body of William Corker< no role >
then and there lying dead, upon the Oath of John Bett, James Donn< no role >
John Pittman< no role > , William Sucklin< no role > , Thomas Trumpshaw< no role > , James Bean< no role > , Charles Miller< no role >
Richard Martin< no role > , Ellis Evans< no role > , William Bell< no role > , William Bonmick< no role > , and Samuel

good and lawful Men of the said Liberty duly chosen as by law is required and who being then and there duly sworn and charged to enquire
for Our said Lord the KING, when, how, and by what Means the said William Corker< no role >
came to his Death, do upon their Oath say, That the said William Corker< no role > being a Prisoner in the Gate house
Prison aforesaid, in the Parish City Liberty and County aforesaid, on the Twentyeth-day
of December in the Year aforesaid, at the Gatehouse Prison aforesaid, departed this Life
by the Visitation of God, in a natural Way, to wit, of a Fever, and not otherwise
In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner, as the said John Bett
Foreman of the said Jurors, on the behalf of himself and the rest of his said Fellows,
in their presence, have to this Inquisition set their Hands and Seals the Day Year and
Place first above written
