to fetch some small Beer, Says that they were returning
together and crossing said Street, Deced having a quart
full of small Beer in her hand and this Dept. two quart
Bottler full, Says that she perceived a Horce's Head
which was coming up said Street, [..] a Man on his
Back close to her, upon which she cryed out, and
Deced endeavoured to get to the Footway but fell
with great force on her Belly upon the Edge of the
Stone or Kerb in the Footway, and the Horse stepper
over Deced's Legs but did not touch her as Dept.
verily believes, Says that the Man rode hastily up
the Street and did not Stop, that the Deced got up
and immediately after complained of a violent from
in her Stomach, Says that she saw the Deced against
the next Morning in Bed, when she complained of
a pain in her Stomach, and has not seen her since
until this day when she was Dead, Says that the Deced
appeared to be in perfect Health before she had the
fall in St James's Street
