Informations taken this Twenty second day of
August 1766 at the Parish of St. James within the
Liberty of Westmr, in the County of Middlesex touching the
Death of Ann Rayner Hyett< no role > lying Dead in the said
Parish Liberty and County.

Richard Bouchier< no role > Apprentice to Mr. Gataker Surgeon
in Pall Mall , in the Parish of St. James Westmr. on his
Oath saith That a Woman (whom Dept. was informed
is mother to Ann Rayner Hyett< no role > the Deced) came to
Mr. Gataker's House on Wednesday Morning last
and desired him to came to the Deced who had
fallen down against to Stone upon her Bally and was hurt, Says
that Mr. Gataker went that day and on his return
ordered Dept. to go to Bleed Deced, Says that he went
to Deced that Evening and Bled her, when
Deced complained of a great Pain in her Bowels
and said that nothing passed thro' her, Says
that Deced that had a very, low Pulse and
Dept. thought that she was dying, and Dept. was
afterwards informed that Deced died between
twelve and one o' Clock Yesterday morning, (the
21st. August.) Says that he opened the Deced
yesterday Afternoon in the presence of Mr. Gataker
and found her Bowels very much inflamed & mortified
which Dept. believes proceeded from a violent Blow
whch the Deced must have reced on her Belly,
but Depont, cannot say from whom, or in what manner
the Blow was reced, but believes that it occasioned
the Death of the Deced
