day of March 1766 at the Parish of St.
Margaret within the City & Liberty of
Westmr. in the County of Middlesex on an
Inquisition taken on View of the Body
of Edward Nicholls< no role > lying Dead in the said
Parish City Liberty and County.

Nicholas Harris< no role > Servant to Mr. Jonathan Tyers< no role >
at Vauxhall in the County of Surry on his Oath saith
That on the Twenty first day of February last
Dept. got up about six o'Clock in the Morning at
his said Master's House and when he was come
to the Door he saw Mr. Nicholl (Father to the Deced)
and his Daughter coming towards Mr. Tyer's House
Says that Mr. Nicholls informed him that his Son
Edward< no role > (the Deced) had had a fall, and desired
Dept. to go with him to help to left Deced up
Says that he went immediately and found Deced
lying upon the Ground by the side of Mr. Nicholls's
House on the pack part thereof at Vauxhall in
the said County of Surry, Says that He with the
Assistance of another person helped the Deced into
his Father's House and laid [..] upon a Bed, Says
that the Deced was sensible, that he informed Dept
that he had fallen from the Window of his Father's
House to he Ground, and complained greatly of
his Back and Loins being hurt, Says that he
afterwards the same day assisted to bring Deced
to the Westmr. Hospital where he left Deced,
