James Nicholls< no role > of Lambeth Victualler on his
Oath saith That the Deced used to stay out late
and that Mr. Nicholls's House (where Deced lived)
was sometimes locked up before Deced came home
Says that the Deced frequently climbed upon
wooden spout and got in at a Window, and that
about two Years ago Deced in endeavouring
to get in, fell down and reced a hurt, Says that
the Window has since been barred to prevent
Deced's getting in, And this Dept. further says
that he was informed by his Sister that she sat
up in her Father's House on the 20. day of Febry
East at Night in order to let Deced in That she
heard [..] a Noise on the outside of the House of
something fallen down, upon which she came out
and found the Deced lying upon the Ground by
the House, that she there upon called her Father
saying that she believed her Brother (the Deced) had
fallen down again

James Meredith Parrott< no role > Apothecary at the Westmr.
Hospital on his Oath saith, That on the 21. day of
February last the Deced was brought to said
Hospital as a Casually, Says that the Deced had lost
the use of his Limbs and that he complained of a
pain in his Stomach, but no hurt appeared outwardly
Says that a Mortification sometime after ensured
and that the Deced died on Wednesday last the
twelfth Instant, about five of the Clock in the
afternoon, and Dept. was informed by the
Persons who brought Deced to the Hospital that
he had reced a fall, which Dept. thinks might
be the cause of Deceds Death.
