on the Twenty fifth day of March in the Year aforesaid, the said

sweeping the Funnel or Flue of a certain Oven in the Possession of

in Peter Street in the Parish aforesaid within the Liberty and County aforesaid,

It so happened that the Leather Jacket which he the said

Casually, and by Misfortune, Rolled up around the Body under the Arms of the said

Suffocated and Smothered, of which said Suffocation and Smothering he the said

and there instantly died. And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oaths aforesaid, do say, that the said
