Deced was upon the Scaffold,and Deponent having
lifted up a Pole which Deced pulled up by a Rope
fastened to it,says that the Deced had the Pole upon
the Scaffold That the pole shipt and that the weight
of it forced the Deced of the Scaffold unto the ground
says that the Deced fell upon his right side and the
the Deced's head had a wound upon the right side
of his Head and some Blood issuing from it, says
that the Deced was Speechless and that he was
bled by a Gentleman but that the Deced died
immediatly, and Deponent believes that Dept. Death
was occasioned by the Hart which he Reced from
the Fall of the Scaffold and that there was no other
person upon the Seafold at the time the Deced fell
