David Davies< no role > of George Street Grosvenor Square
Bricklayer , on his Oath saith, that he was employed
to repair Mr. Peter Sisums< no role > dwelling House in Mount
Street in the Parish of St. George Hanover Square ,
says that the Deced came to him yesterday about one
O'Clock and desired to be employed (he having after
worked for Deponent) Deponent says that he sent
Deced with a short Ladder Which was wanted at
Mr. Sisum's House, and ordered him to stay thereof until
Deponent came to him, says that he followed Deced
in about five Minutes, and on his coming towards
Mr. Sisum's House, he saw Deced falling down from
a Scaffold raised against said House, unto the Ground
in Mount Street says that the Poles and Boards used in the Scaffold
fell down immediatly after but Deponent can not
say whether they fell uponDeponentDeced or not
says that the Deced was Speechless when Deponent
came to him, and that he assisted to carry deced
into the Workhouse , where a Surgeon let Deced
Blood, Says that he afterwards went away and
returned in about twenty Minutes, when he
found the Deced Dead, Says that the Scaffolding
Boards and Poles are the Property of William
Barlow

Bricklayer , and are of the Value of four shillings.
