and prefer a Bill of Indictment against Lieutenant Span
for the Murder of Evan Jones< no role > , and given Evidence thereon,
and Prosecute him on such Bill of Indictment, and on the
Coroner's Inquest for Manslaughter, and not depart the Court
without leave.
