Verdict

That on the 4th. day of Octr. 1763 . A Bay Horse Accidentally Kicked the Deced
on the right side of his Head, thereby giving him a Mortal Fracture wound &
of Which he Died, That the said Bay Horse moved to the Death of the Deced & a Deodand, but
who the same belongs to, do the not appear to the Jurors.
