. Bricklayer
on his Oath saith, That he was at
Work yesterday Afternoon at the House of the Mr. Garstine in
Jermyn Street, where Deced also worked who was a
Bricklayer
, says that Deced came out of a Window at
the top of said House, and said, Here I am, being coming
towards the Place where Deponent was at work, and walking upon
a Board which Deponent and the other Workmen had
frequently walked upon before, says he heard Noise
and immediately after saw the Deced lye in a back Yard
belonging to Mr. Stephens a Surgeon
who lives in the
adjoyning House, but says that he did not see the Deced
fall, Deponent says that he immediately run to Deced
and found him lying upon the Ground speechless and
motionless, says that the Deced bled at the Mouth, and
Deponent observed several slight Bruises about the
Deceds Head, says that Mr. Stephens attempted to bleed
the Deced but the Deced bled very little and died
immediately, says that the Deced was very well
yesterday Morning, and verily believes that his Death
was occasioned by the fall he reced.

on his Oath saith that being at Work in Mr. Garniner's back
Yard yesterday After noon, he saw the Deced walking upon
a Board near the top of the said House, says that he heard a
Noise, and some Timber fell down, upon which he thought
that the Deced had fallen down, and immediately went
into Mr. Stephens's Yard. and found the Deced lying upon
