by which the deced hung, and that Deced was then Dead, Says
that he never heard of any Quarrel between Deced and any
of this Neighbours.

Sarah Atkinson< no role > Servant to Mr. Ashton on her Oath saith
that Yesterday Morning between nine and ten o' Clock
upon being informed that Deced was hanging in his Apartmt.
run up Stairs and was soon after followed by William Wilder< no role >
who assisted Deponent to cut the Cord by which the Deced hury
who was then Dead, Says that Deced came home on Monday
Evening about Eight o' Clock, very much in Liquor, as she
believes, says that he was frequently Intooxicated & in
Liquor, and at those times appeared like a Madman

Roger Davies< no role > of Petty France Westmr. Mariner on his
Oath saith That the Deced was a Boatswain of the Temple
Man of War between two and there years, on Boardthe
[..] of which Vessel the Deponent also was all that time,
& says that Deced frequently used to be drunk, and was
at last broke by Captain Obrian for that, and a neglect of
Duty, Says that Deced was sometimes confined to his
Cabin, and Deponent verily believes that the Deced was
then disordered in his Mind.
