for the purpose of making further enquiries respecting the
present place of abode of the said Martha Gatfield intending
in case She this [..] Deponent could discover the same to have
given her Notice of this Deponents intention to appear and take
her Trial at this present Sessions as aforesaid but this Deponent
was again informed by both the said Master and Mistress of
the said House where the said Martha Gatfield< no role > had lodged as
aforesaid that they did not know where the said Martha
Gatfield was gone to And these Deponents William Pritchard< no role >
and Sarah Hill< no role > for themselves severally say that at the
request of the said Mary Hutt they accompanied her to the
late Lodgings of the said Martha Gatfield< no role > in Swallow Street
aforesaid in order to Witness her giving Notice to the said
Prosecutrix of the intention of her the said Mary Hutt to
appear and take her Trial at this present Sessions on the
Indictment preferred by the said Martha Gatfield< no role > and the said
Deponents William Pritchard< no role > and Sarah Hill< no role > positively say that
the said Mary Hutt< no role > at the respective times when these Deponents
accompained her as herein before mentioned received such
information as aforesaid from both the said William Kimlock< no role >
and his Wife the Master and Mistress of the House where the
said Martha Gatfield< no role > had lodged as aforesaid And all these
Deponents say that they verily believe the said Prosecutrix
has absconded and ran away and further that they have
used every diligence in their power to discover the place of
abode of the said Martha Gatfield< no role > in order to serve her
with Notice as aforesaid but have not been able to obtain
any information relative thereto
