Square in the County of Middlesex Maketh Labourer
Oath and Saith That he did on Saturday
last Enquire at the Wheats [..] Pimlice for
whatthe said Prosecutor for the purpose of
serving him with a notice of Trial on
this Indictment for the present Session
and was informed (which information
he believes to be true) that the saidprosecu
Prosecutor had left his Residence at the
Place aforesaid and thathe was ofit
was not known where he had gone to
reside and this Deponent also inquired
of several persons in the Neighbourhood
respecting the said prosecutor and received
information thatathe had left the
neighbourhood Insolvent & nobody knew
where he was gone to
