severally make oath and
say and first this Deponent Mary Hutt for herself saith that
being desirous of appearing and taking her Trial at this present
Sessions pursuant to her Recognizance on this Indictment she
this Deponent on Friday the twenty second day of this instant
March went to the house of

a Shoemaker
the
corner of Leicester Street
Swallow Street
in the said County of
Middlesex
accompanied by the other Deponent

where the above named
Martha Gatfield< no role >
lodged fot the purpose
of giving notice to the said
Martha Gatfield< no role >
of this Deponents
intention to Appear and take her Trial for the said supposed
Assault
at this present Sessions but this Deponent was informed
by both the Master and Mistress of the said house that the said
Martha Gatfield< no role >
has privately ran away in their Debt for
rent of her said Lodgings and had otherwise behaved so
improperly that they did not believe she would ever venture
to come back there again and that they having made
enquiries themselves after the said Martha Gatfield they
had been informed and verily believed that She was gone
into same County part of England but where this Deponent
cannot discover And this Deponent further saith that on
Saturday the twenty third day of this instant March she
this Deponent went again to the said house of the said
