day of December instant to prefer a bill of
Indictment against Henr Clifford< no role > of Lincoln
Inn at the next Quarter Sessions for the City and
liberty of Westminster for Lavin assaulted the
Sd George Donaldson< no role > on the fifth day of the same
Months of December Now these presents Witness
that I the said George Donaldson< no role > Do hereby
Release & for ever Discharge the said Henry
his him executors and administrators of 2 from
the same & of & from all indictments [..]
cause & causes of action controversies and damages
whatsoever as to the same assault or as to any
