The Officers of the Parish are mere Removal parties officially called
upon toe prosecute, immediately after the Complaint was laid by the
Inhabitants he Defts quitted the Parish - Before the Session it was
initimated that he Defts Wife was so seriously ill that her life was
despaired of & an application was made to the Inhabitants who
laid the complaint to drop the prosecute as the Nuisance was
Removed - The Inhabts then applied to the Officers of the Parish
& requested that the Defts applicon might be complied with,
of on enquiry it turn'd out the Defts Wife was in the Dangerous
state refresented - the fact turn'd out to be so & the
Parish Officers are therefore willing to accade to the request of
the Inhabts
