maketh Oath and Saith that
he this Deponent became one of the Bail for the said Ann Dyes before
Sir

one of his Majestys Justices of the peace
for the City and liberty of Westminster
for her personal appearance
at this present Quarter Sessions of the peace held in and for the
City and Liberty of Westminster
and then to plead to the Indictment
then preferred against her And this Deponent further Saith that he
has been several times after the said Ann Dyos to her House in
Catherine street in the strand
in order to have apprehended and
taken her up particularly on Tuesday and Wednesday last and
Enquired for the said Ann Dyos then this Deponent Received for Answer
that she was then out of Town and not Expected home until some,
day next week And this Deponent further Saith that if he this
Deponent could have apprehended and taken her that he would
have kept her in Custody untill he could have surrendered her
to this Honourable Court but this Deponent further saith that
he apprehended and verily believes that he shall be able to
take her some time before the next Sessions.
