maketh Oath that he this Deponent did on Saturday the tenth day of this
Present month of October Serve the above named Randall Jenner< no role > with
a notice in writing purporting that the abovenamed Alexander Fraser< no role >
would appear at the next General or Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be held
for the City and Liberty of Westminster at the Guildhall of the said City and
Liberty in King Street Westminster on Tuesday the thirteenth day of October
instant at nine of the clock in the Forenoon of the same day then and there
to plead Not Guilty to or Bill of Indictment by him the said Randall Jenner< no role >
preferred against the said Alexander Frazer< no role > and at the same time would
try his Traverse on the said Indictment by delivering such notice signed by
the said Alexander Frazer< no role > to the Wife of the said Randall Jenner< no role > at the
Lodgings in Hampshire Hog Yard Saint Giles.
