this 28th. day of April 1741.

Who saith that he was bound and served his Apprentiship
to Robert Emery< no role > of the parish of Lee in the County of Essex
Fisherman and that since his Apprentiship he hath not
been ayearlyHouse keeper nor a Yearly hired Servant
nor gained any legal Settlement And this Deponent lastly
saith that he was Married to his present Wife Elizabeth< no role >
about 16 Years ago at the Fleet London by whom he hath
three Children now living Namely Johanna< no role > Aged near 13 years
Thomas< no role > Aged 5 years and John< no role > Aged upwards of two years
and he further saith not
