To wit


To the Constable, Headborough , Tythingman, and other Officers of
the Peace of the Parish of Saint Margaret Westmr. in
the County of Middlesex and also to the Gover-
nour or Master of the House of Correction , at TothillFeilds
within the said Parish and likewise to all
Governors or Masters of all Houses of Correction whom it may con-
cern to receive and convey; and to the Church-wardens, Chapel-
wardens, or Overseers of the Poor of the Parish, Place, or Pre-
cinct of Barkwith in the County of Lincoln
or either of them, to receive and obey.

WHEREAS Elizabeth Roberts< no role > Widow of
Robert Roberts< no role > aged about 29 Years
was
apprehended in the said Parish of St. Margaret
Westminster as [..]
Vagabond - and brought before Me One of his Majesty's Justices of
the Peace for this County City & Libty and upon Examination of the said
Elizabeth Roberts< no role >
taken before me upon Oath, it doth
appear that she is a
[..] Vagabonds - within the true Intent
and Meaning of the Statute in that Case made and provided, and that the last
Legal place of Settlement of the sd. Elizabeth
Roberts is in the sd. Parish Town or Place of
Barkwith in the County of Lincoln

THESE are therefore to require you the said Constable , Headborough
Tythingman, or other Officer of the Peace , to convey the said Elizabeth
Roberts
to the House of Correction at Tothill Feilds in the said Parish of St.
Margaret and you the said Governor or Master of the said House of Cor-
rection, to receive the said Elizabeth Roberts< no role > into
Your Custody, and her to convey or cause to be conveyed
to the first House of Correction in the next County or Place in the direct
Way to the said Parish or Town of Barkwith in the County
of Lincoln
and in like Manner, every other Governor or Master of every House of
Correction to whom it may belong to convey the said Elizabeth Roberts< no role >
from House of Correction to House of Correction , until [..] she
[..] shall arrive at the House of Correction belonging to the County,
Riding , City, Borough, Town-Corporate, Division, or Liberty, to which
the said Parish, Town, or Place of Barkwith
doth belong, and the
Master or Governour of the said House of Correction last mentioned, to
convey and deliver or cause to be conveyed and delivered the said Elizabeth
Roberts to some Church-warden Chappel-
warden or Overseer of the Poor of the said Parish or Town of Barkwith
to be there provided for accord-
ing to Law; And you the said Church-wardens, Chapel-wardens and Over-
seers of the Poor , are hereby required to receive the said Person and provide
for her as aforesaid. GIVEN under my Hand and Seal this
Eighteenth Day of May in the Year of our Lord
One Thousand Seven Hundred and Forty One
