John Stephen Carbonnel< no role > of Chapple Alley in King Street
in the Parish of St. James Westminster in the County of Middlesex
Gentleman Maketh Oath That he hath not in is own Name and
that no Person in Truth for him hath Ten Pounds by the year of Free-
-hold or Copy hold Lands or Tenements or of Lands or Tenements of
Ancient Demesn or in Rents in the said County of Middlesex in Fee
Simple Fee Tail or for the Life of him this Depont. or the Life of
any other person and this Depont. further Saith on his Oath That
he hath not any Leasehold Estate in Possession in Lard in the said
County of Middlesex in his own Right for the absolute Term of Five
Hundred years or for Ninety Nine years or any other Term Determine
-able on one or more Life or lives of the yearly value of Twenty
Pounds over and above the Reserved Rent pay able thereout and this
Dept. further Saith That he is not possessed of or in any wise
Entitled unto any Lease hold Estate within the said County of
Middlesex the Improved Rent whereof Amount to the yearly Value
of Fifty Pounds over and above the Ground Rent or other Reservan [..]
tions payable by virtue of such Lease.
