Thomas Nichols< no role > in the parish of St James within the Liberty
of Westmr: in the County of Middx : Mercer Maketh Oath
That he hath not in his owne name, and that no person in trust
for him hath ten pounds by the year of Freehold or Coppy hold
Lands, or tenements, Or of Lands or tenements of Ancient Demesn
or in Rents in the said County of Middx: in Fee Simple Fee
tail or for the life of him this Depont: Or the life of any Other
persons, And this Depont: further Saith on his Oath, That he
hath not any Lease hold estate in possion, or lands in the said
County of Middx: in his owne night for the Absolute tenn
of Five hundred years, Or for Ninety Nine years. Or any other
term determinable, On one or more life or lives, of the yearly
Value of twenty pounds over and above the reserved rent
payable there out, And this Depont: further Saith, that he is
not possesed of or in any wife entituled unto any Lease hold estate
within the said County of Middx: the improved rent whereof
amounts to ye yearly Value of Fifty pounds over and above the
Ground Kent or Other reservations payable by Virtue of Such Lease
